As an Author, Keynote Speaker, Certified Sports Nutritionist, Certified Fitness Trainer and Coach, Dean specializes in transforming individuals, companies and organizations to improve their bottom line profitability by focusing on executive strategies, employee productivity, and lower health care expenditures.
Dean is also a popular radio personality and has been interviewed on over 1,100 radio programs throughout the United States and Canada and has spoken to an estimated 12 million people.

Dean has worked as an extra in films with George Clooney, Kevin James, Andy Garcia, William H. Macey, and with directors Anthony and Joe Russo - Directors of Captain America The Winter Soldier and the Avengers Movies.
Dean married the love of his life, Angela, in 1995 and has two adult sons. He brings passion for people and a love for building relationships to each dynamic presentation.
